Become A Table Captain
Table Captains help HRC sell tickets to the Gala by encouraging their friends, family and colleagues to attend. You may consider asking your company to sponsor a table for your co-workers and guests!
Table Captains try and invite at least 10 guests to fill a table at the Gala Dinner.
Table Captains are recognized on the event's invitation, Program Guide and Gala web site.
This year we are offering incentives for Table Captains who fill up their table first!
The first 10 tables to get filled will all receive a special prize!
The first VIP table to get filled will receive a photo session from West Hollywood Portraits valued at $1,000.
The first Regular table to get filled will receive an energy healing reiki session and destiny card reading from Reiki Master Teacher Kataka Gara and dinner for 2 at the Chic Sur Restaurant and Lounge in West Hollywood. This prize is valued at over $500.
The tables must be filled with full price or federal club tickets. If a Major Donor is a Table Captain, as long as all of their guests pay full price, then they are still in the running.
Winners will be announced or contacted at the Pre Gala Party the week of the dinner.
